Complaints Procedure. As such we will acknowledge
all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
We will then issue a full response within 2 weeks,
where we can not issue a full response we will issue
a holding letter as acknowledgment that your complaint
is being investigated. This will be followed through
with a full response letter within 4 weeks.
If you are still not satisfied after following Close Payment Services procedures, you can contact The Financial Ombudsman Service and ask the Ombudsman to review the complaint.
